What we collect
When you use the contact or demo form we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, role, country, committee size (optional) and message. We also briefly process your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and follow up about VERDICT. We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
- Railway, which hosts this website.
- Resend, which delivers the form emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, including under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 and, where it applies, the GDPR. Email collinsmilimo47@gmail.com.
